Hi, I’m Francesco Mendo, a professional Padel coach with over eight years of experience and a deep passion for developing players of all levels. I hold a degree in Sports Science and the top Padel Certification with the Italian federation (FITP).
My coaching journey began in Spain in Mallorca, where I had the opportunity to work with top-level players and gain a strong foundation in technical, tactical, physical, and mental training while a was competing at the top National levels. I later brought this experience to Dubai, where I founded FM Padel Academy with the goal of creating a dynamic environment that combines professional methodology with community spirit.

Our training methodology, rooted in the Multicore Training system, blends innovative techniques with a scientific approach to maximize results. Each session is tailored to the player’s level, promoting steady growth and performance enhancement in a supportive, inclusive environment. Our goal is to ensure that every player feels empowered and achieves their best on the court.
